How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
As soon as possible. This will insure the right time/date and inflatable for your party.
When and how do I make the payment?
All payments are due before setting up your event. Payments can be made in Cash although we also accept Visa and MasterCard. Checks will only be accepted for deposits. We cannot accept payments by check the day of the event.
Do you charge tax?
Yes. We are required to charge OK sales tax for all rentals.
What does ALL DAY & WEEKEND RENTAL mean?
All Day Rental means that you keep the units for at least 6 hours. Weekend Rentals means you keep the units all weekend (Sat,Sun)
Is supervision provided in the cost of the rental?
Each inflatable requires one supervisor. For public parties, we provide supervision for a fee. For your home party we will require you to read, understand, and sign a liability waiver stipulating all the safety rules and guidelines to be followed. Then you may provide your own adult supervision. We will gladly accommodate you with supervision if needed for an additional fee and an advanced notice.
Are setup and pick up included in the rental fee?
Yes. Setup and pick-up are included in the rental price. We will arrive at least 30 minutes before your party to setup. The rental units will be picked up within 1 hour of the end of your reserved time. Let us know if an exact pick-up time is needed at the time you reserve the items.
How long does the Setup take?
It will take approximately 15-30 minutes to set up an inflatable, inspect it for safety, check operation, and to go over with you the contract/safety guidelines. If you need a complete package (multiple inflatables) we will coordinate with you the best time for both of us to setup the event before your invitees arrive.
Do you deliver for free?
Delivery is free from a 10 mile radius of Elk City. A Delivery charge based on distance will be charged otherwise. Check with us so we can agree on the best time to setup the event.
What are the setup instructions for a bounce house/inflatable?
*Ideally, we need a flat surface, preferably grass. They can also be setup on cement or in large indoor areas such as halls. The area size will depend on which inflatable you rent. Ask for dimensions when you call. There MUST be access to a 110-volt electrical outlet. We will supply one 50 foot extension with each rental.
*The area must be clear of stones and sharp objects. Please keep all pets away from inflatable at all times.
*Maximum allowed incline or decline for setup location is five degrees.
*Turn off all sprinklers including underground sprinklers.
*Know where underground gas, plumbing and water lines are on your property. We will not be responsible for damage to pipes or plumbing of any kind.
*Be aware of the size of the moonwalk you are renting, add at least a foot or two all around and then plan where the Inflatable unit will go. Some manufacturers recommend three to six feet of clearance all around the unit. Be sure there is overhead clearance too.
*Plan a food, drink and snack area a safe distance away from Inflatable.
What happens if I book an inflatable and it rains?
We understand that this can certainly happen. If you need to cancel the event due to weather, a refund could be available minus applicable processing fees. The Deposit can be used toward a future rental. But, once we set the bounce house up at your event, the charges will apply. If rain or heavy winds arrive, you need to abandon the inflatable as quickly and safely as possible. It is very important to dry inside of unit with towels before resuming use.
What happens if I want to cancel my booking and it is not weather related?
The initial Deposit will not be refunded but can be used toward a future rental.
What happens if an inflatable gets damaged?
If the inflatable or any other items become damaged while in operation, help all users exit the inflatable, stop using the damaged items and contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the equipments until you speak with one of our associates. If the inflatable is damaged due to user/rental negligence. The renter will be liable for any damage occurred.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We carry Public Liability Insurance

Someone will quickly contact you to confirm your booking and also to take your deposit payment. Deposit payments of 50% of the total booking will be required to confirm booking. You may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Check Card.
If you are unable to use any of the above payment types, you may mail a check to Okie Inflatables 11446 N 2020 Rd. Elk City, OK 73644. If paying with a check, your Booking will not be confirmed until the payment is received.
The day of the event you will be required to read and sign our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are needing a Sunday Rental a Weekend Rate will be applied and the Unit will be delivered on Saturday.
