Birthday Parties will receive a total of 2 hours for their party.
*Small Party (Recommended up to 15 Kids - based on room size) - $250

*Smal Party Plus (includes 10 pair of our custom non slick socks) $265

*Large Party (Recommend up to 30 Kids - based on room size) - $295
(You will receive 2 adjoining party rooms)
*Large Party Plus (includes 20 pair of our custom non slick socks) - $325

We understand that it is hard to know exactly how many kids you will have @ your party. We want to give you some peace of mind and some flexibility with your initial booking.
If you book a Smaller Party Room and end up needing a Larger Party Room the day of the event/party. You will be able to upgrade to our Larger Party Room no problem.
(*Party rooms are equipped with 2 - 8 ft tables with seating for 16 and 1 - 8 ft table for cake/ice cream, gifts, etc)
Our Venue is also available for field trips, church groups, private parties, etc. Please call for more information.
How do I book a party a Party?
You can book a party by calling 580-210-8115. You can also fill out the contact form or send us an email to haystackadventureselkcity@gmail.com
To confirm your booking will require a deposit payment. Deposit payments of 50% of the total booking will be required to confirm booking. You may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Check Card.
The other half or your payment must be paid before your scheduled party date. No checks will be accepted 7 days prior to party.
Can my child with special needs attend a party at Haystack Adventures?
Children with special needs are welcome at Haystack Adventures but must have one on one adult supervision at all times to enter the Inflatable room.
Can I decorate the Party Room?
No tape or other adhesive is allowed on the walls to hang signs. We want your Haystack Adventure experience to be as easy for you as possible. We encourage balloons and table decorations only. Please no confetti, streamers, silly string or glitter due to difficulty in cleanup.
You will have access to the party room approximately 15 minutes before your party start time .
Can I have alcohol/smoking for the adults?
Haystack Adventures is an alcohol and tobacco free facility.
Can I have extra time in Party or Play Room?
If scheduling allows - extra time starts at $100 for 60 minute increments.
How early should I arrive before my party?
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled party time. Arriving early will not be beneficial since Haystack Adventures is based on appointments only. It is best to have the kids wait as little time as possible since they are so excited.
Can I bring my own decorations, paper products in myself and set them up before my party?
Yes. They are not provided.
What else do I need to bring in besides my birthday or party cake?
A cake knife, candles, matches & paper products . Sometimes Guest like to bring there own bottled water or juice boxes but they must be consumed only in the Party Room and not the Inflatable Room. This ensures that our facilities stay clean and safe for all guest.
There is a refrigerator that can be used for your cake, ice cream & drinks.
Does each guest need a separate waiver even if they are in the same family?
No. All family members can be on the same waiver. We have extras waivers at Haystack Adventures.
What else should I bring to my party?
You are required to wear socks, so please remember to bring a pair.
Socks can be purchased for $2 a pair at the door or can be purchase part of the party plus package.
Can I download the Waiver online?
Yes! You can download the Haystack Adventures Waiver online now by clicking the waiver form link.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Don't do it, you will regret it! :) But if you do have something happen, you can reschedule your party to an available time for no fee. Cancellations made within 2 weeks (14 days) of scheduled party will be refunded minus a $100 fee.
